Gather and document business and technical requirements
Interview stakeholders to understand system needs
Support execution of IT projects across multiple technical areas
Assist with data mapping and system integration documentation
Work with project teams using SDLC and Agile methodologies
Help track project progress using project planning tools

Qualification

Business Analyst experienceSQL basicsSoftware development lifecycleJira experienceInterest in Agile practicesCommunication skillsDocumentation skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field OR equivalent experience
0 to 2 years of Business Analyst or IT project experience
Strong communication and documentation skills
Familiarity with software development lifecycle concepts

Preferred

SQL basics and data querying knowledge
Jira, Azure DevOps, Visio, Excel, or MS Project experience
Understanding of system integrations and data mapping
Interest in Agile or Scrum practices
