Responsibilities
Manage multiple test development projects, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, budget, and quality
Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies
Drive design reviews, readiness checkpoints, and program milestones throughout the lifecycle
Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and Test Engineering teams to create robust, scalable test solutions
Oversee the design and build of functional test fixtures and test systems for complex electronics across industries
Develop test methodologies, coverage plans, and test architectures aligned with DFT and DFM principles
Support integration, debug, correlation, and deployment at manufacturing sites
Lead vendor activities for fixture fabrication, instrumentation integration, and software development
Evaluate supplier performance, monitor delivery schedules, and ensure design and quality compliance
Prepare and deliver program updates covering schedules, risks, costs, and readiness metrics
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, customers, and senior leadership
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and 8D principles to improve efficiency, reliability, and standardization
Support replication and transfer of testers and fixtures across global sites
Qualification
Required
years in test engineering, fixture development, or manufacturing engineering (OEM/ODM/EMS)
years of program or technical project management
Strong project management skills (scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk)
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and presentation abilities
Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder‑management skills
Ability to influence, drive alignment, and mentor junior project managers
Experience working on global teams
Familiarity with stage‑gate or PLCM processes
Preferred
Experience delivering functional test systems and managing external vendors
Knowledge of LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, or C# for automation
Understanding of test instrumentation (DMMs, PSUs, analyzers, communication interfaces, etc.)
Exposure to ICT, FCT, RF, optical, or audio test technologies
