Responsibilities
Lead Program Execution: Define, plan, and manage the full lifecycle of complex network infrastructure and software projects from concept through deployment
Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate across RAN, hardware, software, and systems integration teams, as well as external vendors, to ensure milestones are met on time and within scope
Manage Technical Risk: Proactively identify, mitigate, and track technical risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks-particularly within network deployments
Enable Strategic Alignment: Ensure technical deliverables align with broader business objectives, program priorities, and long-term timelines
Communicate with Impact: Deliver clear, concise project updates, dashboards, and status reports to stakeholders and senior leadership
Qualification
Required
U.S. citizenship required
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
12+ years of experience leading complex technical programs or projects, including:
End-to-end project planning and execution
Network infrastructure and/or software project management
Cross-functional team leadership (RAN, hardware, software, systems integration)
Vendor coordination and technical risk management
Schedule, dependency, and milestone tracking
Stakeholder communication, reporting, and dashboard development
Bachelor's degree in computer science, management, or a related field or an additional four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
