Responsibilities
Shape and execute marketing and brand strategies that support growth and scalability across multiple brands on Amazon
Leverage tools such as ClickUp, Salsify, and other systems to oversee workflows, track progress, and lead a design team toward timely execution
Partner closely with Operations, Compliance, R&D, Platform Management, and Content teams to align updates, timelines, and production needs
Enhance and maintain product listing imagery across Amazon, Walmart, and additional digital marketplace to improve visibility and conversion
Provide design support for promotional initiatives and marketing campaigns as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum of two years of hand-on experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) packaging design
Proven ability to lead creative direction from initial concept through final execution, ensuing brand consistency throughout
Comfortable working independently and adapting quickly in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
Highly organized, with strong time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
Background in creative workflow management and leading or coordinating design teams
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and experienced using AI-powered design tools (such as Seedream, Google Nano Banana, and AI video generation platforms) to produce polished professional work
Detail-focused and efficient, with a track record of meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
Open to constructive feedback and motivated to continuously improve creative output
Strong communicator and collaborator, able to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and external partners
