Responsibilities
Demonstrating exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with management at all levels
Providing over-the-shoulder coaching and training on the operation of SAP WMS after initial training sessions
Participating in daily meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and updates
Assisting in the review and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures post-training
Collaborating in the development of coaching materials and training checklists to enhance training effectiveness
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a warehouse worker or team leader
Proficiency in operating a warehouse management system, specifically SAP WMS
Familiarity with drafting and revising warehouse Standard Operating Procedures
Experience in leading and providing technical direction to warehouse staff
Proven track record in warehouse operations, from worker to supervisor or higher roles
Active US Passport
United States citizenship
Must be able to pass all pre-deployment requirements including a medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screens as deemed necessary to be considered deployable
Must be able to obtain all required immunizations deemed necessary for deployments to foreign locations
Ability to maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to international locations; to include hazardous duty/combat zones
Preferred
Work experience with Defense Logistics Agency preferred, but not required
