Required

Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
Ability to work under deadlines and in physically demanding conditions (ability to move products weighing up to 185 lbs)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
High motivation to complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively
Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
Critical thinking skills
Preferred
1 year of prior plumbing and/or water conditioning service/installation experience
1 year of working experience in a customer service or customer-focused position
