Operations Planning Specialist
Dawson is an international company seeking a new Associate with prior office experience and customer service skills. The role involves creating documents, managing production orders, and maintaining vendor relationships while ensuring timely delivery to customers.
Responsibilities
Using your Word and Excel skills to create documents such as purchase orders, contracts and other documents related to a customers request
Prepare new production orders keeping the team updated on progress
Confirm that products were delivered to customers on time
Work with customers to plan for components to make products
Manage key vendor relationships
