Responsibilities
Lead all accounting operations (GL, AP/AR, payroll, fixed assets, revenue)
Oversee month-end and year-end close; prepare financial statements
Ensure GAAP compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness
Manage lender and shareholder reporting
Partner with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
Lead and develop the accounting team; drive process improvements
Support ERP/system enhancements and corporate finance initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
8–10+ years of accounting experience with people leadership
Strong GAAP, audit, and internal controls experience
ERP experience required (Oracle or NetSuite a plus)
Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred
CPA preferred
