They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Intern to support quality assurance and continuous improvement activities at their Madison, WI facility.

Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day quality assurance activities on the manufacturing floor
Support incoming, in-process, and final product inspections
Help maintain and update quality documentation, records, and logs
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) activities
Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting of quality metrics
Support internal audits and preparation for customer or regulatory audits
Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality team members on continuous improvement projects
Follow all safety, quality, and company policies
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Materials Science, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic understanding of quality concepts (inspection, nonconformance, documentation)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and follow safety procedures
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
Preferred
Experience with data analysis or statistical tools
Interest in manufacturing, packaging, or materials science
