Lead quality initiatives that ensure every product meets the highest standards
Partner with operations to troubleshoot, train, and innovate
Drive continuous improvement projects that make a real impact
Promote food safety culture and keep our team sharp with training and updates
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
At least 3 years of quality experience in the paper, packaging, food industry
MUST have HACCP Certification
Hands-on experience with testing meters and gauges
Excellent communication skills—you can explain complex ideas clearly and confidently
Strong Root Cause Analysis skills
Preferred
Bonus points if you know JD Edwards, Quality Windows, or ParcView
