Integrated program planning and tracking
Milestone, dependency, and delivery management
Portfolio‑level reporting across initiatives
Preparation of governance decks and written updates
Action, decision, and follow‑up tracking
Support for CVP, Steering Committee, and DRI forums
Maintain RAID logs
Coordinate mitigation plans
Escalation preparation and documentation
Support squad‑based operating model
Facilitate Scrum of Scrums and cross‑team coordination
Ensure backlog, sprint, and delivery hygiene
Draft program communications and updates
Support ways‑of‑working rollout and adoption
Stakeholder alignment and change readiness support
Portfolio management workflow and SOP
Intake form, prioritization framework, and operationalization via Azure DevOps
Change management and communication plan
Qualification
