Qualification
Required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in workflow design and data analysis
Proficiency in decision-making processes, project management, and goal-setting
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience in process optimization and identifying areas for operational improvements
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Management, Data Science, or a similar discipline
Commitment to supporting the mission to remove barriers to recovery and dedication to making a positive social impact
Preferred
Familiarity with tools or platforms for managing workflows or driving business decisions is a plus
