Responsibilities
Execute TA programs and initiatives aligned to defined priorities and plans
Translate program plans into clear project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Manage day-to-day execution, risks, dependencies, and follow-through
Support change management efforts, including rollout planning, communications, and training coordination
Partner with recruiters, TA leaders, People partners, and vendors to support adoption and consistent execution
Track program performance, prepare status updates, and surface insights and improvement opportunities
Apply process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma) to enhance efficiency and program effectiveness
Support implementation and optimization of TA tools, including AI-enabled technologies
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, Program Management, or a related field
Proven experience executing programs or projects in an individual contributor role
Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
Experience supporting full lifecycle recruiting
Comfort working with data, metrics, and process documentation
Preferred
Six Sigma Green Belt certification
Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, or regulated environments
Familiarity with Workday, Findem, GoodTime, Brighthire, or similar TA platforms
Exposure to AI or automation initiatives in recruiting
Interest in supporting equitable, inclusive hiring practices
