Part Time Program Manager
New Mom School is transforming how new mothers are supported during the critical 4th trimester and beyond. The Program Manager will oversee operational aspects of programs, including scheduling classes, managing communications, and collaborating with instructors to ensure a supportive experience for participants.

Oversee operational aspects of New Mom School programs, including scheduling classes, managing communications with participants and team members, and collaborating with instructors
Maintain program quality
Evaluate feedback
Assist with local outreach to grow community engagement
Work closely with the New Mom School Westport leadership to ensure smooth program delivery and a supportive experience for participants
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and project management skills to handle scheduling, coordination, and program logistics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with leads, instructors, and local communities
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different CRMs and software
Self-motivation and ability to manage part-time responsibilities effectively both remotely and on-site
Preferred
Previous experience in program management or a customer-service-oriented role is a plus
