Software Engineer - PL/SQL
Atlas is a global strategic consulting firm focused on the Life Sciences industry. They are seeking a Software Engineer with strong PL/SQL development expertise and hands-on Pharmacovigilance domain knowledge to build, enhance, and support database-driven solutions for PV and safety systems.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers
Support and enhance systems used for Pharmacovigilance and drug safety operations
Work with PV stakeholders to translate safety and regulatory requirements into technical solutions
Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning in Oracle environments
Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with PV and regulatory standards
Support integrations, reporting, and data extracts related to PV systems
Qualification
Required
Strong PL/SQL and Oracle database development experience (this is the core skill)
Solid Pharmacovigilance (PV) knowledge, including safety data, case processing, and regulatory reporting concepts
Experience working with PV systems (e.g., safety databases, reporting tools, or downstream integrations)
Ability to work independently on complex data and logic-heavy solutions
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred
Experience supporting regulated environments (GxP)
Exposure to PV reporting standards (e.g., E2B, safety metrics)
Familiarity with ETL, reporting, or data visualization tools
