Responsibilities
Coordinating and facilitating the ART ceremonies
Managing dependencies across teams in the ART
Providing visibility into the health of epic/feature delivery and the overall program increment
Ensuring impediments to epic/feature delivery are resolved quickly
Protecting the teams from outside disruptions to delivery
Facilitating PI planning
Effective stakeholder management
Coaching and guiding ART teams on Scrum practices and Agile principles
Establishing and upholding ART norms, agreements, and ways of working
Facilitating ART ceremonies, system demos, and retrospectives
Partnering with Product Management to maintain a healthy program backlog
Managing dependencies, risks, and impediments across the ART
Enabling strong communication, collaboration, and PI commitment delivery
Providing status reporting on plans, timelines, risks, and delivery to stakeholders
Ensuring compliance with enterprise change management and technology policies
Measuring and improving ART performance, maturity, and delivery outcomes
Supporting funding, resourcing decisions, and mentoring Scrum Masters
Qualification
Required
PI planning facilitation
Effective stakeholder management
Proficiency in Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence) and Horizon CI/CD Tools
Coach and guide ART teams on Scrum practices and Agile principles
Establish and uphold ART norms, agreements, and ways of working
Facilitate ART ceremonies, system demos, and retrospectives
Partner with Product Management to maintain a healthy program backlog
Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments across the ART
Enable strong communication, collaboration, and PI commitment delivery
Provide status reporting on plans, timelines, risks, and delivery to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with enterprise change management and technology policies
