Responsibilities

Leads the region on strategy and assists in implementing company culinary programs in existing and future locations

Responsible for leading the effective opening of new business

Willing to travel 80% to multiple accounts in assigned geography

Reports to the Senior Vice President, Senior Living

You will be responsible for the overall operation, growth, and profitability of each account within the region

Directs staff development and training

Participates in new business sales surveys, proforma development, and presentations

Train, monitor, evaluate, and act accordingly on unit performance in all aspects of the business portfolio

Works with the onsite team at each location to deliver an elevated culinary dining experience

Monitors market trends and identifies appropriate programs and menu enhancements

Qualification

Required

CCRC experience a must

3-5 years in managing multiple Senior Living accounts in food/dining

Preferred

Culinary experience: 5-8 years
