This role involves leading agile transformation initiatives, overseeing program execution, and driving continuous improvement while managing risks and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale Agile transformation initiatives across multiple Pods and complex programs; ensure alignment with enterprise, program, and business objectives; coach leaders, teams, and stakeholders on Agile maturity

Facilitate and oversee complex planning cycles, sprint reviews, and delivery cadences; remove systemic impediments; ensure achievement of strategic and portfolio-level milestones

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams; facilitate feedback loops; identify and implement process enhancements

Identify, manage, and resolve enterprise-level risks, dependencies, and delivery constraints; proactively develop and execute mitigation strategies

Develop, maintain, and analyze executive-level dashboards and performance metrics using Jira, Confluence, and related tools to support data-driven decision-making

Partner with Product, Technology, and Business leadership to align priorities, capacity, and delivery outcomes; ensure transparency and stakeholder alignment

Required

Minimum of 8 years of experience in agile project management or a related field

Strong background using Project/Work Management application: Jira/Confluence

Strong facilitation, strong attention to detail, stakeholder management, and organizational coaching skills

Proficiency in agile tools; Jira, Confluence, and GitHub

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field

Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership

Ability to work independently

Ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned

Travel 10%, as needed

Preferred

Advanced CSM, PSM III, SAFe SPC, or ICAgile Agile Coach certifications preferred
