Walmart Canada is seeking an experienced Staff – Technology Operations to own Destination Services for a fast-paced, rapidly growing, cross-border inbound logistics service. This role will focus on shaping the future Destination Services product by defining the vision and roadmap, translating seller needs into business requirements, and managing cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities
Define the vision and roadmap for the destination-side services we will offer to Walmart Imports sellers
Focus on shaping the future Destination Services product — grounded in seller feedback, service performance insights, and operational feasibility
Partner closely with Operations, Product, and cross-functional teams to translate seller needs and operational realities into clear business requirements
Design end-to-end service experiences and guide the development of scalable, reliable capabilities from port unload through delivery to FCs
Work in an agile and iterative team environment
Work with product and program teams cross-functionally within Walmart to drive efficient and timely project planning processes and business reviews
Standardize and lead change management process
Create and consolidate communications for internal and external audiences in your space
Drive resolution of key issues, escalations, and projects
Provide program leadership for cross-function teams to deliver on your strategy across business, product, tech, support, and operational organizations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 4 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
6 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
Preferred
Master's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly
Knowledge of accessibility best practices and supporting an inclusive culture
