Responsibilities

Ensure billable projects remain on schedule and within budget
Complete projects according to the agreed-upon plan, maintaining project financials and profitability, including resource scheduling, revenue forecasting, billing reconciliations, expense reports, and time approvals
Identify potential problems and mitigate risks
Monitor project deliverables and progress, assigning and delegating work as needed
Prepare project status reports on progress and issues
Disseminate information on any problems or potential delays promptly
Assist in pre-sales engagements where applicable
Pursue incremental revenue by presenting and offering relevant services under the Infor Organization

Required

Experience in ERP software implementation/consulting
Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
Experience in managing ERP software implementation projects, including medium and high complexity projects
Experience with face-to-face client interaction
Experience in leading implementation teams
Willingness to travel as needed, up to 50%
Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship

Preferred

Experience with Infor CloudSuite M3 is highly desired
Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
PMP certification is a plus
Experience in the manufacturing and/or distribution industry
