Responsibilities
Engage and qualify inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and digital channels
Convert high-quality prospects into scheduled opportunities for Home Buying Specialists
Own and consistently outperform monthly and quarterly performance targets
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM systems
Maintain detailed lead profiles to ensure seamless handoffs to acquisitions
Follow up relentlessly to maximize conversion rates and deal flow
Represent Rapid Fire Home Buyers with professionalism and confidence
Qualification
Required
5+ years of sales experience (inside sales, real estate, B2C/B2B preferred)
Documented history of top-tier sales performance
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
High personal accountability and work ethic
Comfortable working evenings and weekends when needed
Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background screening
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Experience in real estate, lead qualification, or high-volume sales
CRM proficiency
