Administrative Assistant / Administrative Coordinator

This role serves as a key point of contact for field technicians and is responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating compliance documentation, assisting with invoicing, and supporting reporting and operational tasks.

Responsibilities
Maintain and update field technician records, compliance documents, and internal databases
Communicate with technicians to collect documentation and support onboarding and renewals
Review and track technician invoices, resolving discrepancies in coordination with Finance
Monitor technician performance metrics and assist with basic reporting
Provide administrative and operational support across multiple departments
Assist with special projects and maintain organized records
Qualification
Required
2+ year of administrative or coordination experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
