Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include monthly & annual BOM reviews with a high level of accuracy & integrity, as well as supporting Site Management & Plant Operations with improvement efforts through in-depth analysis of BOMs & standard costs
The role will also work closely with the Controller to complete various Month End processes, Fixed Asset maintenance, inventory control & accuracy, & review of daily transactions
Qualification
Required
3 years of Cost Accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
General knowledge of ERP systems
Very strong Excel skills are critical, with the ability to navigate existing spreadsheets a plus
Familiar with Outlook, Microsoft Teams
Ability to navigate different connecting systems & programs fluidly
Comfortable learning in a fast-paced environment
Strong skills to work independently and complete work
Strong skills for attention to detail
Some travel may be needed (minimal)
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
May require long periods of time on the computer
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is helpful, but not required
