Start in 2026 SummerOptions For All is a nonprofit organization seeking an Operations Intern to enhance organizational systems for high-quality service delivery. The intern will work closely with various departments to support data accuracy, reporting, and system alignment, gaining hands-on experience in operations and data management.

Responsibilities
Retrieve, maintain, organize, and interpret data from multiple system platforms
Collaborate with Quality Compliance Analyst to perform quality checks and cross-references to ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and systems
Collaborate with the IT, Facilities, Safety, and Referral departments to ensure systems and processes are aligned
Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and documentation for internal use
Conduct research and data collection to support operational decision-making
Identify data discrepancies and escalate issues as needed
Support ongoing operational projects and initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations
Qualification
Required
Must complete and pass background check
Currently enrolled or a recent graduate in Business, Communications, or related field
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Proficient computer and technology skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, internet search engines
Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to research, collect, and analyze data
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
