Responsibilities
Provide on-going switchboard/telephone coverage
Serve as receptionist and greet all guests, residents, vendors, suppliers, and outside service providers
Distribute packages, business mail and magazines
Maintain visitor sign-in logs
Monitor closed circuit security TV cameras and fire alarm board (where applicable)
Maintain security for admittance to all entries accessible to the public
Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
Prepare correspondence, memo, and other documents
Responsible for data entry of general resident information using computer software
Qualification
Required
High School graduate preferred
Ability to communicate efficiently in English using proper grammar in a pleasant manner
Typing and experience with Microsoft Office software
Must be able to handle a multiplicity of routine tasks, following specific instructions carefully and general instructions completely
