Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize algorithms used in trading and risk management systems
Implement and maintain scalable software solutions that support high-frequency trading and real-time analytics
Collaborate with quantitative analysts to translate mathematical models into efficient code
Conduct rigorous testing and validation of models and algorithms to ensure accuracy and performance
Participate in code reviews, documentation, and version control to uphold development standards
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve systems and processes
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to trading platforms and risk systems
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in quantitative development or related roles within the financial industry
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java
Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software development best practices
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
Authorization to work in the United States is required
