Workforce Planning Manager
Keyrus is a global consultancy that develops data and digital solutions for performance management. They are seeking a Workforce Planning Manager who will serve as the lead designer and subject matter expert for complex Anaplan implementations focused on Workforce Planning use cases, ensuring adherence to best practices and high performance.

Responsibilities
Serve as the functional expert for all Workforce Management (WFM), related processes, with a focus on Trust & Safety operations
Partner with the Solution Architect to align process design with Anaplan model structure and capabilities
Assess current-state processes across forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning, supplier management, performance measurement, and invoicing to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for scale
Lead end-to-end process redesign efforts in partnership with business owners and product/engineering teams
Provide thought leadership on best practices for WFM operations in high-growth, high-complexity environments
Architect, design, and implement scalable Anaplan solutions leveraging both Classic and Polaris engines
Lead delivery of enterprise-grade models across financial planning & analysis across industries
Serve as technical authority for solution design, data architecture, model performance optimization, and governance
Collaborate with clients to define end-to-end planning architecture, including data flows, integrations, and user experience
Partner with cross-functional teams to align solution design with organizational objectives and EPM best practices
Develop and deliver training content, enablement materials, and change-management support to ensure successful adoption
Facilitate working sessions, stakeholder reviews, and validation cycles throughout the implementation lifecycle
Lead design reviews, data mapping, model build, UAT, and deployment
Provide hands-on mentorship to model builders and consultants, ensuring adoption of Anaplan Way and modeling standards
Evaluate and implement new Anaplan AI capabilities (e.g., Co-Planner, Co-Builder, Forecaster) to drive predictive insights
Create demo models, proofs of concept, and support pre-sales activities with innovative solution prototypes
Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for performance tuning and re-architecture
Act as a trusted advisor to clients on planning transformation and connected planning maturity
Mentor and provide guidance to junior consultants and team members on Anaplan best practices and conduct training sessions to enhance the Anaplan expertise of the team
Identify gaps in business and technical requirements, testing, potential project risk, and communication issues in client delivery
Deliver presentations and demonstrations to audiences ranging from executives to business users
Determine priorities, scope, timeline, goals, and key milestones for requested enhancements and model defects
Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance the overall understanding of Anaplan within the organization
Review and optimize existing Anaplan implementations for improved performance and user experience
Maintain customer focus and demonstrate leadership to drive consensus and project related decisions
Serve as the application and software subject matter expert throughout the client engagement
Qualification
Required
Background in multi-dimensional modeling, analytics, or business intelligence
5+ years of experience in Workforce Management, Operations, or Program Management, with direct expertise in Trust & Safety preferred
Strong understanding of WFM processes such as demand forecasting, staffing models, scheduling, intraday management, quality, and performance measurement
Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing Performance Management Solutions using Anaplan
Minimum of 7 years of experience as consultant or working on industry as SME on functional roles
Exposure to the Workforce Management function via Anaplan project work and/or previous corporate experience (ideally both)
Prior experience in a project team environment using structured methodologies for gathering business requirements, business processes, data conversions, and system interfaces
Deep understanding of Anaplan's Polaris Engine
Strong skills in model performance optimization, data hub design, and hierarchy management
Experience integrating Anaplan with source systems (ERP, HCM, CRM, Data Warehouse)
Certified Solution Architect and/or Master Anaplanner
Demonstrated analytical and problem‐solving skills
Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous operational challenges into actionable requirements
Experience running requirements and writing user stories and user journeys
Experience with user-centric design and optimizing UX and UI for usability
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Information Management and Technology, Engineering, or related field and equivalent experience
Strong English communication skills
Preferred
Experience with Verint, Calabrio, or other workforce management tools
Experience in large tech, Trust & Safety operations, or global support environments
Exposure to data-driven staffing models, case workflow analytics, and operational KPIs
Prior involvement in system implementations, process standardization, or digital transformation programs
Familiarity with AI-driven forecasting, machine learning pipelines, and predictive analytics
Experience in Agile delivery methodologies
Deep understanding of Anaplan's optimizer, Anaplan Forecaster and Anaplan Data Orchestrator
