This position is responsible for developing and managing a sales pipeline of high value accounts, executing sales strategies, and building relationships with key decision-makers to exceed output goals.

Responsibilities
Driving outreach efforts across a pipeline of high ROI opportunity customers
Capturing the Voice of the Seller (VOS) as anecdotes to surface key learnings, objections, and pain points that will then be presented to product stakeholders to improve product suite
Regular participation and contributions in weekly / monthly / quarterly business reviews
Document writing to be reviewed by Director level leaders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree is required
5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in e-commerce, finance, retail technology, logistics, or software industries
Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach is required
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Comprehensive experience using AI tools, Excel and MS Office applications
Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
Passion for continuous improvement through collaboration and teamwork
Preferred
5+ years of inside sales experience
Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent
