Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Nashville, TN. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable .NET backend services and secure REST APIs, while collaborating with UX/UI teams and managing offshore development activities.

Responsibilities

Develops scalable .NET backend services, REST APIs, and follows secure authentication and authorization practices
Builds responsive web interfaces using Angular or other modern JavaScript frameworks in collaboration with UX/UI teams
Implements clean architecture standards while ensuring high performance, reliability, and code quality
Coordinates offshore development activities, identifies technical risks, and manages feature dependencies
Oversees database design elements such as tables and stored procedures while optimizing query performance
Engages with customers on communication, reporting, and end‑to‑end ownership of assigned features

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field

Candidate must have strong proficiency in designing secure REST APIs, implementing clean architectural patterns, and building scalable cloud‑native applications
Candidate will have proven capability in working with modern JavaScript frameworks, GCP cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and full lifecycle feature ownership
