Receptionist

In this role, you will manage incoming calls, support multiple divisions, and ensure high-quality customer interactions while working closely with the team for clarity and communication.

Responsibilities
Answer a large volume of incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
Provide clarity on customer calls to all divisions and help set priority and urgency for service needs
Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming service calls and general inquiries
Accurately log service calls, customer requests, and follow-ups into internal systems or CRM
Support dispatch, service, and other teams as needed to ensure smooth operations
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, scanning, and other office projects
Greet and assist visitors, customers, vendors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
Maintain proper security and visitor protocols at all times
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Comfortable handling high call volumes
Strong attention to detail
Prior administrative or receptionist experience, ideally in a service-based company
Very personable and cheerful
Team-oriented
Organized and self-starting
Strong multitasking ability
