Assistant /Associate Professor of Marketing
Rhode Island College is inviting applications for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant/Associate Professor of Marketing. The successful candidate will teach marketing courses and contribute to the program’s development, while also engaging in scholarly research and advising students.

Responsibilities
Teach three courses in marketing, including but not limited to introductory and advanced level courses
Advise and mentor undergraduate students, guiding their academic progress, internships and career development
Participate in curriculum development, assessment, and continuous improvement of the department’s programs
Serve on departmental, college, and university committees as part of faculty governance
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Department Chair
Qualification
Required
Ph.D. or D.B.A. in Marketing or closely related field; ABD may be considered
Excellent teaching skills with strong knowledge of content areas and the ability and enthusiasm to deliver this knowledge to undergraduate students
The willingness to work collegially with other faculty in the School of Business
Teaching experience at the college level is desired
