Procurement Coordinator – Operations Support & Integration

The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Procurement Operations Support & Integration team by managing purchasing processes, ensuring compliance, and maintaining procurement records while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Successfully manage the purchasing process including order placement, delivery tracking, ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services, and subsequent invoice reconciliation
Ensure compliance by upholding company policies, regulations, and contractual obligations throughout the procurement process
Support data and record keeping, including maintaining accurate procurement records, managing databases, and preparing reports
Communicate and follow up frequently and consistently to ensure issues are resolved for the operation of the business within company guidelines and meeting the Procurement SLAs
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to find synergies and streamline processes and procedures
Coordinate a variety of projects as required by Operations
Provide additional support to the team as needed and complete other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Highly proficient in Office 365 environment
e-procurement software experience a plus
High school diploma or GED required
Customer-service oriented with a high level of energy and strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership; performs with purpose and determination to achieve results on time
Is resilient; recovers quickly from setbacks; stays positive and composed
Embraces change with a positive, 'can-do' spirit; helps implement changes and quickly adapts in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized, detailed, and critical thinker

Polished verbal and written communication skills

Excellent sense of humor
Preferred
Four-year degree preferred
Industry experience in food service or retail highly desirable
Customer service background is preferred
