Responsibilities

Manage multiple programs of moderate complexity, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, and schedule objectives
Develop and maintain Program Plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking program performance to ensure adherence to established goals
Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned programs, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor and report on program performance, including risk and opportunity management, and work with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans as needed
Ensure compliance with program management processes and governance, incorporating best practices to enhance program execution
Drive program work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and supply chain, to achieve program objectives and resolve challenges
Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to provide updates on program status, risks, and opportunities
Identify and implement lessons learned and process improvements to enhance program delivery and operational efficiency
Support the mentoring and development of team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
Support domestic and international business travel up to 25%

Required

A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years' experience
Experience managing programs or projects in aerospace, defense, or a related industry
Experience coordinating and/or participating in cross-functional teams

Preferred

Experience in customer relationship management, with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction and resolving issues proactively
Familiarity with program financial management, including budgeting and reporting
Experience working with manufacturing or engineering teams to achieve program goals
Proficiency in scheduling and program management tools
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
PMP or equivalent certification
