Executive Leadership Development Facilitator

The Executive Leadership & Organizational Development Facilitator role focuses on executive facilitation, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Facilitate executive and senior leadership development programs, workshops, and presentations
Build credibility and trusted partnerships with leaders across multiple business units
Support leadership initiatives through a structured co-pilot model, eventually transitioning to full program ownership
Apply established leadership development methodologies, including Dale Carnegie frameworks
Collaborate with internal subject matter experts while owning facilitation and learner experience
Coach leaders using a servant leadership and organizational development approach
Adapt facilitation style based on audience dynamics and organizational context
Qualification
Required
Senior-level experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, or Organizational Development
Proven success facilitating executive and senior leadership audiences
Strong executive presence, communication, and facilitation skills
Experience working within large, multi-site organizations
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
