Responsibilities
Taking a business problem and framing it as a math problem?
Utilizing advanced quantitative techniques, and brainstorming with domain experts, to find the optimal solution to this problem?
Writing sophisticated and elegant code to implement the solution?
Collaborating with and communicating your team’s work to clients from leading pharmaceutical companies around the world?
Contributing to the advancement of healthcare provided to millions of patients?
Develop, pilot, and deploy new products that meet the needs of our customers and the life sciences industry
Qualification
Required
Up to 4 years of experience in full stack web application development
Experience in one or more programming languages (JavaScript, C#, .Net, Java, or C / C++)
Experience with AI based coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) and AI techniques like Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, fine-tuning, Advance Prompt Engineering and GraphRAG
Knowledge of SQL or no-SQL databases (or be willing to learn)
Direct experience in building tools or models that help customers make better decisions using data and structured methodologies
Strong analytical abilities. You enjoy absorbing large amounts of data, learning new programming languages, or building quantitative insights based on an understanding of complex systems
Intellectual curiosity, discipline and attention for structure and details
Interest in life sciences / healthcare
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
