Senior LevelHSBC is seeking a Sr Analyst Network Incentives to support the execution of the Network Incentives Team. This role involves analyzing data, developing insights, and recommending business strategy changes to drive performance and engagement for frontline teams.

Responsibilities
Directly support the Head of Network Incentives in driving execution against incentive delivery and act as a senior member of the Incentives team
Support the Network Incentives team in execution to analyze data, develop insights and recommend business strategy changes
Ensure qualitative delivery through thoughtful collaboration across teams, various levels of management and drive ideation on how to solve for gaps and deliver proper assessments and oversight for frontline incentives
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in both SAS and SQL experience required
Proven ability with data cleansing, data manipulation and data analysis using analytical tools
Bachelor's degree required
Proven problem solving, planning, project management, and decision-making skills
Methodical organizational skills
Ability to digest and apply complex topics and vast intel
Strong collaboration skills
Preferred
Excellent quantitative & analytical skills preferred
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery would be a plus
