Managing a caseload of personal injury matters from pre-litigation through resolution
Maintaining consistent communication with clients regarding treatment, case status, and next steps
Requesting and tracking medical records, bills, and supporting documentation
Coordinating with attorneys, staff, and outside providers
Updating and maintaining accurate case notes and tasks within the case management system
Assisting with demands, settlement preparation, and case organization
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and client-service skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
The ability to manage deadlines and multiple cases simultaneously
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Proficiency with case management software and general office technology
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
