Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

Support CAPA assessments and investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
Partner with Project Engineers on operational initiatives and process improvement projects
Support new equipment qualifications and capacity expansion efforts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
Provide hands-on engineering support to day-to-day manufacturing operations

Qualification

Regulated manufacturing experienceRoot cause analysisTechnical problem-solvingContinuous improvement mindsetCross-functional collaboration

Required

2–5 years of relevant manufacturing or engineering experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, onsite environment

Preferred

Experience in a regulated manufacturing or medical device environment preferred
