Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of Commercial Banking Specialists and Corporate Banking Associates
Perform various management responsibilities including staffing needs evaluation, performance management, coaching, recruiting/hiring
Advocate for a consistent client experience and the implementation of efficient processes
Promote collaboration with Bank Partners and provide solution-based feedback
Coach and empower others – Provide timely feedback, support and guidance to encourage and support associates to accomplish tasks, solve problems and enhance their professional development
Seek to identify what caused issues, consult with lines of business and subject matter experts to determine the best solution and act within approved policies, procedures, and established guidelines
Model client focus for direct reports by putting the client at the center of all decisions and creating a high level of service to internal and external clients
Qualification
Required
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Administrative Services/Business or equivalent work experience
Minimum three years of experience working with commercial banking processes
Strong knowledge of bank documents, commercial regulation and bank compliance policies
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Priority focus on providing excellent service to RMs, Clients and Bank Partners
Effective written and verbal communication skills in working with RMs, Clients and Bank Partners
Appropriate attention to detail and organizational skills
Able to adapt and manage changing priorities and deadlines
