They are seeking an Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) Implementation Consultant to lead or support the setup, configuration, and validation of the OPC environment, while collaborating with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective OPC configurations.

Responsibilities
Lead or support Oracle Primavera Cloud environment setup, configuration, and validation
Configure OPC modules including portfolios, projects, schedules, workflows, dashboards, and reporting views
Assist with user training, knowledge transfer, and go-live readiness activities
Support data structure design including project hierarchies, security roles, and user access models
Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into OPC configuration
Support integrations or data exchanges as applicable (for example P6, reporting tools, or enterprise systems)
Participate in system validation, UAT support, and issue resolution during implementation
Document configuration decisions and implementation artifacts as required
Qualification
Required
Direct, hands-on experience implementing Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC)
Experience on at least one full OPC implementation lifecycle (configuration through go-live)
Ability to clearly explain OPC configuration decisions and tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with project controls, portfolio management, scheduling, or performance reporting concepts
Comfortable working independently and coordinating with a distributed project team
Must be able to provide at least one referenceable client where OPC implementation services were delivered
Reference should confirm role, scope of work, and level of responsibility on the engagement
Client name, industry, and approximate implementation timeframe required
Preferred
Prior work with a public-sector, utility, transportation, or large enterprise PMO client strongly preferred
Prior exposure to public-sector security, access management, or audit considerations related to system integrations
Experience supporting OPC integrations with enterprise identity and access management platforms such as Okta (SSO, role-based access, user provisioning concepts)
Familiarity with integrating or coordinating OPC with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow for request tracking, onboarding workflows, or operational support processes
Experience working in environments with defined enterprise architecture or security standards where OPC configuration needed to align with IAM and ITSM requirements
