Responsibilities
Lead the development of multi-season operating plans for North America across sport and product dimensions, aligning with broader consumer and product strategies
Establish pre-season top-down financial targets, including demand, revenue, margin, and inventory, segmented by gender, sport, and channel
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align forecasts, interpret results, and communicate insights to leadership
Identify and recommend cross-sport actions to drive consumer demand, strengthen margins, and improve marketplace inventory health
Qualification
Required
Minimum five years' experience in retail, planning, merchandising, or product management
Strong proficiency with Excel and demonstrated comfort with quantitative data analysis
Ability to synthesize and interpret market data to assess risks and solve problems in a highly matrixed environment
Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
