They are looking for a Product Administrator / Purchasing Support professional to join their operations team and support their growing cabling product line. This role involves maintaining product data accuracy, supporting customer-driven purchasing activity, and assisting with vendor coordination for cabling products.

Responsibilities
Maintain and update cabling product lists, SKUs, and internal reference data
Ensure product descriptions, specifications, and documentation are accurate and current
Gather and organize product information from vendors for internal use
Support market research related to cabling products and alternatives
Request quotes, availability, and lead times from vendors as needed
Create and send purchase orders for customer-driven cabling orders
Track order confirmations and follow up on outstanding vendor responses
Coordinate internally to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders
Maintain Excel-based product and purchasing data (advanced Excel required)
Assist with stock visibility, availability tracking, and internal reporting
Ensure accuracy and consistency across product and purchasing records
Qualification
Required
Strong Excel skills required (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data organization)
Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Comfortable working with product data, SKUs, and specifications
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
ERP experience a plus (NetSuite preferred, but training provided)
Prior experience with cabling, networking hardware, or technical products is a plus, but not required
