Orlando Health is a healthcare organization seeking a Supply Chain Inventory Coordinator Tech I. The role is responsible for the receipt, inventory, delivery, and restocking of supplies, as well as maintaining par stations and ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Responsible for removal of supplies over par and performing credits to the appropriate departments
Notifies the Team Leader or Corporate Central Supply Supervisor of issues impacting the department’s operational efficiency
Responsible for rotating dated stock and maintaining a working stock level of supplies on the par stations, and the Central Supply room
Monitors the condition of supplies and the supply area for appropriate par levels, cleanliness of par stations and accuracy of labeling
Uses hand-held computer to inventory par stations
Downloads data to designated workstation
Produces pick tickets and picks inventory for emergency and rush orders
Performs data entry of patient charges and credits into the automated system and consolidation of patient charges
Produces and adheres patient charge and/or bin labels when required
Answers the telephone or customer requests with appropriate Orlando Health commitment to excellence customer service responses
Capable of performing all aspects of Central Supply/Receiving operational and automated procedures including order processing, requisitioning, receiving, report production, charging and crediting supplies to departments and patients
Assist with conducting random sample audits and Quality Assurance checks
Expedites correction of all discrepant orders with vendor management staff
Reports discrepancy volume and fluctuations. Initiates process improvements and assists in their implementation
Assist in training new employees
Reviews charge edit report, resolves discrepancies
Performs quality control checks
Performs basic system troubleshooting
Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures
Processes and logs all system file updates related to par station inventory updates and replenishment
Performs cycle counts on a regular basis
Presents a consistent professional image in dress and communications
Operates materials handling equipment as needed
Qualification
Required
High school graduate or equivalent
