Content Operations Manager

Responsibilities
Define and maintain content governance standards, including content lifecycle stages, naming conventions, version control, approval workflows, and retention practices
Establish decision rights and operating rhythms for content and asset changes
Ensure usage rights, consent requirements, and brand approvals are embedded within workflows
Own metadata strategy and taxonomy standards to support content findability and reuse
Serve as the business owner for CMS and DAM platforms
Design and optimize end-to-end workflows
Define KPIs and conduct audits to ensure governance compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Progressive experience in content operations, DAM, CMS, or marketing operations roles
Enterprise CMS/DAM administration experience
Strong metadata, taxonomy, and workflow design expertise
