Responsibilities
Lead functional testing activities for Medicaid business processes
Develop and manage test strategies, plans, scenarios, and execution cycles
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with state agencies and business stakeholders
Validate Medicaid program rules, eligibility determination, claims processing, provider enrollment, and benefits administration
Ensure testing aligns with CMS and state Medicaid regulatory requirements
Track defects, prioritize issues, and drive resolution with functional teams
Provide daily status reports, risk assessments, and QA metrics
Mentor QA analysts and oversee test coverage and quality
Participate in requirement reviews to ensure testability and functional accuracy
Support regression testing for policy changes, waiver programs, and benefit updates
Qualification
Required
8+ years QA experience with strong Medicaid functional background
Prior experience leading QA teams
Deep understanding of Medicaid operations and workflows
Experience with UAT, SIT, and functional validation
Strong stakeholder communication skills
Preferred
Experience working with state Medicaid agencies
