Responsibilities
Sell, upsell, and cross-sell tickets for shows, events, exhibits, and attractions across all properties
Process orders and will-call while providing prompt, courteous service
Accurately handle and balance a cash drawer, processing ticket sales with various payment types
Answer guest questions and provide detailed information about property facilities, services, and event details
Verify tickets before entry into events and exhibits
Answer multi-line telephones using proper etiquette
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Detail oriented, takes initiative, flexible and able to multi-task
Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays – Box Office Operations range from 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily
Preferred
Prior Box Office, Theater and Ticketing System experience preferred
