Compensation & Benefits Administrator

Evolve is on a mission to make vacation rental easy for everyone, and they are seeking a Compensation & Benefits Administrator to manage the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs. This role involves serving as a key contact for employees and partners to ensure accurate and compliant administration of compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities

Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans
Serve as a primary contact for employee compensation and benefits questions and issue resolution
Process compensation changes related to merit increases, promotions, job changes, and market adjustments
Support commission, incentive, and bonus payments by ensuring accurate calculations and coordination with Payroll
Maintain and audit compensation and benefits data within the HRIS (Rippling experience strongly preferred)
Partner with Payroll, Finance, brokers, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely execution of programs
Support annual benefits renewal and open enrollment processes, including employee education and enrollment support
Ensure compensation and benefits practices comply with applicable regulations and internal policies
Prepare routine reports and assist with audits related to compensation and benefits programs
Identify opportunities to improve documentation, processes, and employee understanding as programs evolve

Required

2–4 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or People Operations
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage a high volume of transactional work
HRIS experience required; Rippling experience strongly preferred
Experience partnering with Payroll, Finance, vendors, and external providers
Clear, professional, and empathetic communication style
Comfortable receiving feedback and adjusting quickly
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-moving environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Preferred

Professional certification such as CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist), CCP (Certified Compensation Professional), or PHR/SPHR (Professional in Human Resources/Senior Professional in HR)
