The role involves designing, developing, and supporting Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to enhance business process automation across the organization.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, implement, and support Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
Partner with other Automation Analysts, Visualization Analysts, and Data Modelers to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, document, and refine automation requirements
Perform initial assessments to identify automation opportunities and evaluate solution feasibility
Document “As-Is” and “To-Be” business process flows and supporting artifacts
Learn and support Business Unit systems and operational processes
Contribute to Power BI and Power Platform Communities of Excellence (COEs) to strengthen adoption and best practices
Follow established governance, data management, and information security standards
Create and maintain solution documentation, including: Process flows, Benefit and impact analysis, Solution and architecture diagrams, Technical specifications and support documentation
Support department operations, including: Monitoring automations and job schedules, Managing support requests and change management, Maintaining solution inventories, Diagnosing and resolving automation issues
Qualification
Required
Experienced Automation Analyst specializing in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate to support business process automation initiatives across the organization
Core Skills: Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Platform governance; Dataverse & or PowerBI are a plus
This position is ideal for a hands-on automation professional who is able to translate business needs into practical, governed automation solutions in an Agile environment
Design, develop, implement, and support Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
