Responsibilities

Manage case files, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely updates to all case documents
Prepare and distribute panelist lists in collaboration with local management and ADR teams
Schedule and coordinate hearings, conference calls, and related case activities
Deliver excellent client service by responding promptly to inquiries and requests
Support assigned panelists with basic administrative tasks and follow-up on action items
Monitor case timelines, deadlines, and milestones to ensure compliance
Communicate effectively with clients, panelists, and internal teams to resolve routine questions or issues
Engage in training and learning opportunities to develop proficiency in case management tools and workflows
Build foundational knowledge of ADR practices, including mediation and arbitration
Perform additional duties as needed within a similar scope

Required

2-4 years of case management experience
2-4 years in a legal or client service role
1-3 years of internal experience as a Case Coordinator or similar role (for internal applicants)
Proficiency in ADR processes (mediation, arbitration, court reference)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High emotional intelligence and adaptability under pressure
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in required software and case management tools

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, or related field
Knowledge of panelist practice areas and preferences within the local Resolution Center
