InternMetroNational is offering a Finance Internship for Summer 2026 that provides students with hands-on exposure to corporate finance and investment analysis in a dynamic real estate environment. Interns will engage in meaningful assignments and contribute to financial analysis, budgeting, and performance metrics while working alongside finance professionals.

Responsibilities
Assist with financial analysis related to operating expenses, capital projects, asset performance, or revenue trends
Support the budgeting and forecasting process by preparing inputs, gathering data, and validating assumptions
Help analyze financial models, business cases, or investment opportunities
Conduct research to support decision-making, benchmarking, or market comparisons
Participate in special projects related to corporate finance, asset management, or operational efficiency
Document findings and present a final project summary at the end of the internship
Qualification
Required
Enrollment in an accredited college or university majoring in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
Enrollment in or recent completion of an accredited finance, analytics, or business trade/technical program
Completion of a recognized certificate program (financial modeling bootcamp, investment analysis course, etc.)
Minimum 3.2 GPA for college students
Must commit to full-time, on-site participation for the full 8-week program (June 1 – July 24, 2026)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
